BSE

India's oldest stock exchange, BSE, a rival to the National Stock Exchange (NSE), has temporarily deferred its plan to change its expiry schedule. This decision was taken after market regulator SEBI issued a consultation paper.

Max Financial Services

Eight institutions, including ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Morgan Stanley, and Societe Generale, bought a 1.6% stake in Max Financial Services from the open market on Thursday for ₹611.60 crore.

UltraTech Cement

The company commissioned a 3.35 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) brownfield clinker unit and a 2.7 MTPA cement mill in Maihar, Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, the company expanded its grinding unit in Dhule, Maharashtra, by 1.2 MTPA.

Bharat Electronics (BEL)

The aerospace and defense company has received new orders worth ₹1,385 crore since March 12, bringing its total order book for the current financial year to ₹18,415 crore.

Infosys

Infosys has partnered with LKQ Europe, an automotive aftermarket parts distributor. This collaboration will implement advanced analytics-enabled Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, improving HR operations, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.

Asian Paints

Asian Paints (Polymers) Private Limited will set up a vinyl acetate ethylene emulsion and vinyl acetate monomer production unit in Gujarat at a cost of ₹2,560 crore. An additional capital expenditure plan of ₹690 crore has also been approved.

BEML

BEML has received an order worth ₹405 crore from Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited. This includes the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of standard gauge metro cars.

Jindal Steel & Power

Jindal Steel emerged as the successful bidder for the Sharadapur Jalatap East coal block. This mine has total geological resources of 3,257 million tonnes and is located just 11 km by air from the Angul steel plant.

Adani Green

Adani Green has commissioned 396.7 MW of renewable energy projects in Khavada, Gujarat. This increases the company's total operational renewable energy generation capacity to 13,487.8 MW.

Force Motors

Force Motors has signed a contract to supply 2,978 Force Gurkha light vehicles to the Indian defense forces. This order is for GS 4x4 soft-top vehicles with an 800 kg payload capacity.
