This year's budget is notably entirely handwritten, a unique tradition in the digital age. Minister Chaudhary broke with the tradition of computer-typed budgets, presenting a 100-page handwritten document.

He described this as a step to promote transparency and authenticity. He believes presenting a handwritten budget in the digital age symbolizes a return to the state's culture and heritage.

Establishment of NIFT in Nava Raipur

The state government announced in the budget the establishment of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh's capital.
