The accused has been identified as Sachin, a resident of Bahadurgarh, who was reportedly involved in a relationship with Himani. Preliminary police investigations suggest that Himani was blackmailing the accused and had extorted lakhs of rupees from him.
Body Found in a Suitcase
On March 1st, Himani Narwal's body was recovered from a suitcase near a highway in Rohtak. The post-mortem report revealed that she was strangled. Given the gravity of the case, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to investigate. The deceased's mother, Savita Narwal, has leveled serious accusations against the Congress party. She stated, "The elections and the party have taken my daughter's life. She made some enemies, who could be from the party or even among her close friends."
She alleged that her daughter had worked for the Congress for 10 years but was neglected by the party when she needed a job. She further stated that she would not perform the last rites until her daughter receives justice.

Himani Narwal was an active Congress worker. She participated in Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra and played a significant role in the election campaigns of former Chief Ministers Bhupendra Singh Hooda and Deepender Hooda.
