Uttarakhand's Health Department to Deploy 50 Health ATMs for Char Dham Yatra, Offering Over 70 Health Checks
Uttarakhand: The Uttarakhand Health Department is taking significant steps to ensure the well-being of pilgrims during the Char Dham Yatra. The department will deploy 50 Health ATMs along the pilgrimage routes, providing readily available health checks for pilgrims. These Health ATMs were received under CSR initiatives in 2023 but are now maintained and operated by the Health Department itself.
Screening Points to be Activated Along Pilgrimage Routes
Dedicated screening points are also being established along the pilgrimage routes, where vital checks such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and oxygen levels will be conducted. The government is focused on providing high-quality healthcare services to the pilgrims.
