In a tweet, Amrullah Saleh wrote that India, instead of using an electric chair against its enemy, has placed a long rope around its neck.
He indicated that India is strategically and gradually punishing Pakistan rather than delivering a swift, decisive blow. Saleh's statement comes as Pakistani defense analysts and leaders repeatedly claim that India is preparing for major border action.

Who is Amrullah Saleh?
Amrullah Saleh hails from Panjshir Province, Afghanistan. Separated from his family at a young age, he joined the Anti-Taliban Resistance and fought under Ahmad Shah Massoud. The Taliban murdered his sister in 1996, solidifying his staunch opposition to the Taliban and their supporters. He served as Afghanistan's Vice President before the Taliban's return to power.
