Many people suffering from the coronavirus face difficulty in getting the required oxygen to their lungs. This oxygen deficiency can be life-threatening for them. Lohia Institute, successfully administered this remedy to about 40 coronavirus patients and wrote a letter to the Ministry of Health and the Chief Minister, requesting that it be used for other patients as well. He stated that elements such as zinc, vitamin B-12, vitamin C, and calcium, which are used in allopathic medicines for COVID-19, are found naturally in spinach and beetroot. These elements are also reservoirs of iron and nitric oxide. Nitric oxide, which produces iron, increases the amount of oxygen in the blood, and through that, the required oxygen reaches the lungs. Along with this soup, it increases red blood cells (RBCs) and white blood cells (WBCs) in the blood, and this strengthens the body's immunity against the coronavirus.

Dr. Pandey clarified that when a person is infected with the coronavirus, the airways in their lungs begin to constrict, which prevents the necessary oxygen from reaching the lungs. This situation leads to pneumonia, and fluid starts accumulating in the lungs. As a result, the patient's oxygen levels start dropping very rapidly. But drinking spinach-beetroot soup increases RBCs, which then deliver oxygen to the lungs. This improves lung function by providing the required oxygen, which prevents the oxygen level from dropping rapidly and keeps it safe. The iron in the soup increases the level of nitric oxide, which further increases the oxygen level in the lungs through blood circulation, preventing a sudden drop in oxygen levels and saving the patient from serious problems.

This remedy, discovered about two years ago to improve blood circulation in people with brain-related illnesses, is now also proving useful for patients with the coronavirus.

 

Method for Making the Soup

Take one kilogram of spinach and half a kilogram of beetroot. Boil them in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes without adding water. Strain the boiled spinach and beetroot for the soup. Add rock salt and lemon juice to taste. Those who are not sick can also drink this soup to boost their immunity.
