Delicious Gram Flour Barfi Recipe

Ingredients to make Gram Flour Barfi
Gram flour (besan) - 2 cups
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Green cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cashews - 10-12
Pistachios - 10-12
Almonds - 10-12
Pure ghee - 1 cup
Recipe
Heat ghee in a pan. Add gram flour and sauté until it turns light brown. Chop the dry fruits and add them to the pan. Mix in the cardamom powder. Gradually add the powdered sugar and stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely. Grease a plate with ghee, pour the mixture onto it, and let it cool down completely.
Garnish with chopped dry fruits. Once cooled, use a knife to cut into barfi shapes. Store the barfi in an airtight container and enjoy for a few days.
