How to make delicious Khoya Cashew Besan Ladoo?

Necessary Ingredients
25 cashew nuts, coarsely ground
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 cup khoya/mawa
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Method
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
Add besan to the pan and fry it until it turns light brown or until it releases a pleasant aroma.
Then, add khoya to the pan and stir continuously until the khoya and besan are well combined. Add the green cardamom powder and mix well.
Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Add the powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. Roll the mixture into laddus.
Keep the laddus in a cool place. Storing them for extended periods may be difficult because of the khoya content. This could lead to the laddus becoming stale.
