How to make delicious Rabri Kheer

Necessary ingredients
200 grams Rabri
1/2 cup Rice
1/2 cup Sugar (adjust to taste)
1 small teaspoon Cardamom powder
1 small teaspoon Raisins
9-10 Almonds (finely chopped)
9-10 Cashews (finely chopped)
1 liter Milk
Water as needed
1 tablespoon Pistachio slivers
Recipe
First, thoroughly wash the rice and soak it for half an hour.
Drain the water from the soaked rice and coarsely grind it.
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Once the pan is hot, add the milk and bring it to a boil.
Once the milk boils, add the ground rice and stir continuously with a ladle.
Now, add the finely chopped cashews, pistachios, and almonds.
When the rice and dry fruits are tender and the kheer is thickened, remove the pan from the heat.
Add sugar and cardamom powder, mixing well.
Once the kheer cools down, gently fold in the rabri.
