1.5 liters milk
100 grams sugar
50 grams mawa (Indian cheese)
1 gram saffron
2 bread slices
3 grams pistachios
3 grams cashews
0.5 liters ghee (clarified butter)
Instructions for Making Royal Peace
Combine the milk and sugar in a saucepan and simmer until the milk reduces to half its original volume.
Stir in the mawa and saffron, then remove the mixture from the heat. In a separate pan, heat the ghee and fry the bread slices.
Add the fried bread to the cooked milk mixture. Serve the dish garnished with cashews and pistachios, and refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
