MLA Basavaraju V. Shivaganga's Bold Claim

Congress MLA Basavaraju V. Shivaganga claimed on Sunday that D.K. Shivakumar will become the Chief Minister of Karnataka by December. He stated, "If you wish, I can write it in blood that Shivakumar will be the Chief Minister by December."

Shivaganga emphatically asserted that Shivakumar will serve as the state's Chief Minister from December for the next 7.5 years, as Congress is poised to win the next assembly election. He told Congress workers and supporters, "Write this down; it's certain that Shivakumar will be the Chief Minister by December."

Support from Veerappa Moily

Former Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Veerappa Moily also voiced his support for D.K. Shivakumar. He stated that no one can prevent Shivakumar from becoming Chief Minister, as it has already been decided. Moily further added, "It's only a matter of time; Shivakumar becoming Chief Minister is almost certain."
