If you are looking to buy a home in NCR, GDA is offering you an opportunity. A plan for the sale of small residential and commercial plots in Indirapuram is underway.

GDA Plot Scheme 2025: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is preparing to revamp Indirapuram as part of its expansion plan by developing smaller plots. Vacant group housing land is being converted into smaller plots for sale, which will not only provide people with the opportunity to build homes but also increase GDA's revenue.

Developing Small Residential Plots in Indirapuram

GDA has changed the land use of approximately 30,000 square meters of group housing land in Indirapuram to residential. Under this plan, the authority will develop basic amenities in the area, including roads, drainage, and water pipelines. Manholes, electricity poles, green belts, and parks will also be constructed to make the area well-organized and livable.

According to Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh, approximately 120 small plots are being developed under this project, from which GDA will receive significant revenue. This revenue will be used to accelerate other development projects.

GDA to Earn Revenue from Small Plot Sales

Through this GDA plan, a significant amount of money will enter the authority's treasury, allowing for faster development work in other areas. In a recent auction held at the Hindi Bhavan auditorium, GDA expects to earn ₹91 crore over two days. Bidders enthusiastically participated in this auction, resulting in the authority already earning ₹57 crore.

Building Allotment to 92 Eligible Individuals

GDA has allotted buildings to 92 eligible beneficiaries. Additional Secretary Pradeep Kumar Singh stated that the allotment has been made for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and LIG (Lower Income Group) buildings constructed by private builders.

- 31 EWS beneficiaries have been allotted buildings through a lottery.- Out of 99 applications for LIG, 61 have been allotted through a lottery.
- The authority will soon collect payments from the allottees and transfer ownership of the buildings.

GDA's Plan to Boost Real Estate Activity in the City

The allotment of small plots and residential buildings in Ghaziabad will encourage the real estate sector. This plan offers a special opportunity for those looking to buy a house in NCR on a low budget. Furthermore, the revenue earned by GDA will accelerate infrastructure and other development work in the city.
