22-Year-Old Arman Arrested in Nuh for Allegedly Spying for Pakistan

Haryana News: In a shocking development from Nuh district, Haryana, a 22-year-old man, Arman Rajaka, has been arrested on charges of spying for Pakistan. Intelligence agencies and police apprehended him in a joint operation. His mobile phone and SIM cards are currently under investigation. Preliminary investigations reveal Arman was in contact with Danish, an employee of the Pakistan High Commission. Police suspect he was sharing sensitive information related to national security with Pakistan.

Arman's Arrest and Initial Investigation

Police arrested Arman on Friday and recovered a mobile phone and its SIM card. Investigating agencies have sent these for forensic analysis to determine Arman's contacts and the nature of information shared.

Arman, a resident of Rajaka village in Nuh district, was in contact with Danish, an employee of the Pakistan High Commission, for some time. Agencies suspect he not only shared intelligence but also provided SIM cards to his relatives in Pakistan, potentially for anti-India activities.

Agencies Heightened Alert After Operation Sindur

Following Operation Sindur, intelligence agencies intensified surveillance on calls and activities originating from Pakistan. Arman's number came under scrutiny. Investigations revealed his communication with Danish and regular contact with several Pakistani numbers.

Sources indicate Arman communicated via WhatsApp calls, regular mobile calls, and internet calls with individuals in Pakistan. He also allegedly provided SIM cards to his relatives during his visits to Pakistan.

Family Ties in Pakistan, Previous Visits

Arman's father, Jamil, has two aunts residing in Pakistan. Arman reportedly visited them twice. His last visit was about six months ago. He also recently visited Dubai, where he attended a cricket match.

Arman's family background is also under suspicion. His father, Jamil, is currently imprisoned in Kabirdham jail, Chhattisgarh, accused of associating with and providing vehicles to car thieves.

Brother Accused in MNREGA Scam

Arman has six brothers. The eldest, Altaf, is a former village head accused of corruption in the MNREGA scheme, for which he served jail time and is currently out on bail.

This family background and connection to Pakistan raise serious doubts about Arman's activities. Investigating agencies believe his mobile and SIM card may yield further crucial clues vital to national security.

Police Statement and Further Action

Nuh Superintendent of Police, Ajayb Singh, stated that Arman faces serious charges related to national security and is under remand. A thorough investigation of his call detail records and shared information is underway.

Arman was produced before the Firozpur Jhirka court on Saturday and remanded to six days of police custody for further interrogation and investigation into his network.
