According to post-match reports, Ishant Sharma, in a fit of anger, damaged advertising boards on the field. This incident occurred during the match against SRH when he appeared displeased after conceding runs while bowling. His behavior has been classified as a 'Level 1 offence,' considered inappropriate under the Code of Conduct.

Article 2.2 of the IPL Code of Conduct encompasses acts that involve damage to property on the field or in the dressing room. This includes actions such as kicking wickets, damaging advertising boards, breaking windows, or tampering with fittings.
