The incident occurred on Saturday night at approximately 9:30 PM. The woman had gone with her friends for dinner near the Moon Line Hotel at Kargil Chowk. She stopped her scooter to get water. During this time, two individuals arrived in a car and asked the woman if she would accompany them for 5,000 rupees.
The woman ignored their remarks, but then the man who got out of the car insisted, saying, ‘I am talking to you’. Following this, the intoxicated man began publicly molesting the woman. When she resisted, he also pointed a pistol at her and tried to drag her into the car.
Woman Threatened with Pistol in Video
The viral video on social media shows the accused threatening the woman with a pistol in his hand. The woman is seen screaming and resisting. In the video, she clearly states that the accused is trying to scare her by showing her the pistol.
