Preparations have begun in Ayodhya for a religious event that will include flag-hoisting ceremonies at the Shiv Mandir and the Sheshavatar Mandir. The proposed programme has generated interest among devotees, with senior leaders from the state expected to participate.
According to available information, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to hoist the flag at the Shiv Mandir, while Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya is expected to perform the ceremony at the Sheshavatar Mandir.
The date of the event has not yet been finalised. However, the temple trust and officials associated with the आयोजन have initiated preparatory work. A recent meeting was held to discuss the programme’s structure, logistical arrangements, and security measures. Members of the trust stated that attention is being given to all aspects to ensure the event is conducted in an organised manner.
The meeting also outlined that priority would be given to the convenience of devotees. In view of the expected large turnout, arrangements related to crowd management, parking, drinking water, medical facilities, and security are being planned. Coordination with the administration is being established to ensure the smooth conduct of the programme.
