Bajaj Auto reported a 25 percent year-on-year increase in consolidated profit for the third quarter of financial year 2026, with profit rising to ₹2,749.82 crore compared with ₹2,195.65 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Consolidated revenue for the quarter increased 23 percent year on year to ₹16,204.45 crore, up from ₹13,168.88 crore in the third quarter of financial year 2025.
The company reported growth in both domestic and international markets during the quarter. Higher demand across the two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments contributed to the increase in consolidated revenue.
On a standalone basis, Bajaj Auto recorded a 19 percent year-on-year increase in profit to ₹2,502.81 crore for the quarter. Standalone revenue from operations rose 19 percent to ₹15,220.33 crore.
The company reported improved operational efficiency during the quarter, supported by cost control measures, production improvements, and enhanced supply chain and inventory management, which contributed to higher profitability.
