Number of Vacancies
Under BEML Recruitment 2025, a total of over 440 vacancies will be filled. The number of positions for different trades is as follows:
- Fitter – 189 posts
- Turner – 95 posts
- Welder – 91 posts
- Machinist – 52 posts
- Electrician – 13 posts
Educational Qualification
Only those candidates who have completed an ITI course in the relevant trade with first-class (60%) marks are eligible to apply for these positions. Additionally, candidates must possess NTC (National Trade Certificate) and NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) issued by NCVT as regular candidates.
SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates will be given a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks.
Age Limit
The age limit for BEML Recruitment 2025 has been set according to different categories:
- General and EWS Candidates: Maximum 29 years
- OBC Candidates: Maximum 32 years
- SC/ST Candidates: Maximum 34 years
Additional age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories as per the rules of the Government of India.

Selection Process
- The selection for BEML Operator Recruitment 2025 will be conducted in three stages.
Written Examination
- This will consist of Objective Questions. The questions will be from ITI trades, General Aptitude, Reasoning, and Basic English.
Skill Test / Trade Test
- Candidates who qualify the written examination will undergo a Skill Test. This will assess their technical proficiency.
Document Verification
Finally, all the candidates' documents will be verified. After this, the Final Merit List will be prepared.
