Student Commits Suicide After Returning Home from Exam
According to the police, the child had returned home that day after appearing for her quarterly examination. In the afternoon, she was playing outside her house with her brother and friends. She suddenly returned home and hanged herself with her dupatta from a wooden beam under the tin shed. According to the family, both parents were busy with private jobs and had gone to work at that time.
The incident came to light only when the elder brother returned. He was stunned and cried out upon seeing his sister hanging. Neighbors immediately rushed to the scene, and the police were informed. The police sent the body to Hamidia Hospital for post-mortem.
