Patna: A sharp exchange was witnessed between RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha regarding GST reduction in Bihar. Speaking to the media in Begusarai on Saturday, Vijay Sinha rejected Tejashwi Yadav's statement in harsh words. He said that some people do not have a basic understanding of GST and these people are "born with a silver spoon".
Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha's jibe at Tejashwi Yadav
Vijay Kumar Sinha said that the mentality of those born with a silver spoon, who studied in the school of jungle raj and wish to spread anarchy and goonda raj, will no longer work in India and Bihar. They do not understand GST. The Prime Minister is realizing the resolve of a developed India for the upliftment of women, farmers, and the poor. Such people will not understand this.
He directly attacked Tejashwi Yadav, saying that those who forced Biharis to migrate and ruined the state are now in their final phase. Sinha also alleged that these leaders are trying to spread unrest and disturb social harmony in Bihar like Dhritarashtra, blinded by parental affection.
Emphasis on peace and development in Bihar
Vijay Sinha said, "But the people of Bihar will not tolerate this anymore. We will move towards a developed Bihar with social harmony, peace, and prosperity." RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav had recently targeted the government regarding GST reduction. He had said that when GST was first implemented, the Bihar government claimed that it would greatly benefit the state. Now, with the reduction, the same government is claiming that Bihar will benefit. Tejashwi said that this is misleading the public.
He sarcastically remarked, "Pay attention to the statements of the Bihar government. Were they speaking the truth then, or now? The public is getting confused." This controversy over GST reduction in Bihar is indicative of political heat. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha's statement is being seen as a direct challenge to Tejashwi Yadav and the RJD. The statements of both sides have become a topic of debate among the media and the public.
Experts believe that public awareness regarding political leadership and economic policies in Bihar is increasing. Statements by leaders on issues like GST reduction are directly linked to the public's pockets and the state's development plans.
