The Bihar Staff Selection Commission has released a detailed calendar for its upcoming examinations covering more than 35,000 posts. The calendar includes tentative dates for key examinations such as the Inter Level and CGL-4 exams, providing candidates with a defined preparation timeline. The recruitment drive is aimed at filling thousands of vacant positions across state government departments.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has initiated the recruitment process for 608 Graduate Apprentice Trainee posts. The vacancies are open to degree holders in civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering. The selection process will be based on merit, with no written examination or interview to be conducted. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. The application process is fully online, and candidates can apply until March 2, 2026.
The Jharkhand government has revised the age limit cut-off date for the 14th Jharkhand Public Service Commission examination. Earlier, age was to be calculated as of August 1, 2026. The revised decision sets the eligibility based on the year 2022. The announcement was made by Chief Minister Hemant Soren in the state Assembly. The change enables candidates who were previously ineligible due to age criteria to apply for the examination.
