There is great news for the youth preparing to become teachers in Bihar. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has directed to start the fourth phase of the teacher recruitment process (BPSC TRE 4.0) soon. He has clearly stated that in view of the acute shortage of teachers in the state's government schools, the vacant posts should be filled as soon as possible.

A message shared by the Chief Minister's Office on social media platform 'X' (formerly Twitter) stated –
“The Education Department has been instructed to immediately calculate the vacancies of teachers in government schools and take action for early appointment through the TRE 4 examination.”
