A poster for a film based on the biography of Baba Neem Karoli Maharaj was released in Lucknow. Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh, film director Madhur Bhandarkar, and others were present at an event organized on this occasion. The film's subject will highlight Baba's life story, miracles, personal life, and challenging periods.
It has been stated that this biopic will depict Baba's life from the age of 8 until his 'Mahaprayan' (final departure). Maya Jaiswal's name has also emerged for the role of his wife. Filming will commence in Firozabad and will also take place in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
It was reported that a poster for the film was also released in July 2025. At that time, it was stated that this would be a three-film series (trilogy), and there are plans to make it in Hindi, English, Braj, Awadhi, and Bhojpuri languages.
Connection with Bhopal and Popular Narratives
According to a report, a deep connection is also said to exist between Baba Neem Karoli and Bhopal. It has been stated that Baba gave darshan while residing in Bhopal, and some activities of his son/family have also taken place there.
