Changur Baba's Underworld Ties: ATS Investigates Dawood Ibrahim and ISI Links

ATS (Anti-Terrorism Squad) has been alerted after alleged conversion accused Changur Baba's connection to underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) surfaced. Investigations into Lucknow hotels, secret graveyards, and suspicious bank accounts have been initiated.

UP News: Changur Baba of Balrampur, already in the news for allegations of religious conversion, now faces another major and serious case. This time, the connection is with the country's most wanted underworld don, Dawood Ibrahim. The preliminary investigation by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has revealed several shocking links that reach not only national security but also international networks.

A Story Unfolds from the Graveyard

Behind Changur Baba's house in Utraula town of Uttar Pradesh lies a mysterious graveyard. This area, surrounded by several mausoleums, has long been suspected. Locals say that suspicious activities took place there at night, but everyone remained silent because Changur Baba's influence was b in the area. According to ATS sources, this graveyard was not only a hub for conspiracies hidden under religious pretexts, but also allegedly a bhold of several 'off-the-radar' activities. It is believed that meetings and training of some foreign agents were organized here.

From Hotel to Dawood: Suspicion Deepens

In the ATS investigation, the name of the late Lucknow hotel businessman Haji Chacha has rapidly emerged. It is said that Changur Baba and Haji Chacha were not only close friends, but special arrangements were made at Haji's hotel during Changur's visits to Lucknow. A special feature of this hotel is that relatives of Dawood Ibrahim used to stay there. Furthermore, Haji Chacha's daughter was married to Dawood's brother. This connection now directly links Changur to the underworld. This hotel has also been linked to a bomb blast case in the 90s and has been on Interpol's radar.

The Mystery of Bank Accounts

The large sums of money sent by Changur to 12 bank accounts opened in the name of relatives of Rajesh Upadhyay, a clerk in the Balrampur Court, have alarmed the investigating agencies. The ED (Enforcement Directorate) has frozen these accounts, and preliminary investigations have revealed that this money was sent in exchange for leaking information, organized protection, and participation in anti-national activities. Approximately 1.3 crore rupees have been transferred into the accounts in one year. The dates of money transfers and Changur's presence at the hotel are almost synchronised. This raises suspicions that anti-national conspiracies were being hatched while sitting in Lucknow.

Conversion Racket and ISI Link

Changur Baba is already considered the mastermind of a conversion racket. Now, the confirmation of his close associate Nasreen's connection with Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI is almost complete. Interrogation of Nasreen has revealed several code words, WhatsApp chats, and suspicious call recordings, which point towards a cross-border conspiracy. The ATS arrested Nasreen and Changur from the same hotel that is now in the news due to the Dawood link.

Threat to Vishwa Hindu Raksha Parishad

The Vishwa Hindu Raksha Parishad, which is running a campaign to bring back people who have been victims of conversion to Hinduism, has alleged that their workers are receiving threats from Changur's supporters and foreign networks. The Parishad has demanded Z+ security from the government and has demanded that Changur's property be seized and he be declared a 'traitor'.

Key Points of the ATS Investigation

  • In-depth investigation of the old history and ownership of the Lucknow hotel.
  • Confirmation of communication and meetings between Changur and relatives of the Dawood gang.
  • Forensic audit of transactions in suspicious accounts.
  • Clues to suspicious activities from the graveyard.
