CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR NCL) has started the online application process for recruitment to 24 Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) posts. Eligible candidates who have passed Class 10 can apply online through the official recruitment website until November 4, 2026. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900 under Pay Level 1.
The application process for the 24 MTS posts at CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory began on October 5, 2026. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their applications online through the CSIR NCL recruitment website until November 4, 2026.
Candidates applying for the recruitment must have passed the 10th standard, or SSC or matriculation examination, from a recognised board.
The maximum age limit for candidates is 25 years, with the age calculated as of November 4, 2026. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be eligible for relaxation in the maximum age limit as per government rules.
Candidates are required to check the official recruitment notification for category-wise eligibility and age-related requirements before submitting their applications.
Candidates selected for the CSIR NCL MTS posts will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900 under Pay Level 1. According to the recruitment information, the starting salary is stated to be around Rs 40,000 per month.
After appointment, candidates may also receive other applicable benefits and allowances in accordance with the rules of the institute and the Central Government.
Candidates will be selected through a computer-based test (CBT). Candidates who qualify in the examination will be called for document verification in the next stage.
The recruitment drive will fill a total of 24 MTS posts at CSIR NCL. Candidates will need to check the official website for further information related to the examination and document verification.
Applications for the CSIR NCL MTS recruitment will be accepted only through the online mode. Candidates must visit the official recruitment website at recruit.ncl.res.in to complete the application form. Candidates do not need to send a hard copy of the completed application to the CSIR NCL office.
Candidates belonging to the unreserved, OBC and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500. SC, ST, women, PwBD and Ex-Serviceman candidates are exempt from the application fee.
