The North West DIU in Delhi's Shalimar Bagh area has busted a racket involved in manufacturing and selling counterfeit luxury goods. Police have arrested an accused named Mohit Sachdeva, who used to deceive customers by posing as an authorized dealer of big brands and passing off fake products as genuine.
The investigation also revealed that the accused possessed an illegal factory where he produced items like shoes, clothes, and watches with fake brand names and labels. These were then sold in the market, creating the illusion of genuine products.
