An encounter took place between police and criminals in Nangloi, Delhi. Three criminals were injured, against whom cases of firing at the police were already registered. Earlier, four wanted criminals were also killed in an encounter in Rohini.

New Delhi: An encounter occurred between police and criminals in Delhi's Nangloi area on Saturday, resulting in three criminals being injured. According to officials, multiple cases of firing at the police were previously registered against these miscreants.

Police stated that the identification of the injured criminals and investigation into their other crimes are ongoing. The encounter took place when the police team received precise information about these criminals' activities and attempted to stop them.

Koku Pahadiya Injured in Mehrauli Encounter

Not just Nangloi, but on Saturday morning, an encounter also took place between Delhi Police and criminals in Mehrauli. In this encounter, wanted criminal Koku Pahadiya was injured by a gunshot.

According to the police, Koku Pahadiya was attempting to escape and fired shots at the police during this attempt. The police retaliated, injuring the accused, who was then admitted to the hospital. The accused's condition is reported as stable. During the encounter, two police officers' bulletproof vests were hit, and one constable sustained an injury to his hand.

Four Criminals Killed in Rohini Encounter

Earlier on Thursday, an encounter took place in Rohini during a joint operation by the Delhi Police Crime Branch and Bihar Police. In this encounter, four members of a notorious gang from Bihar were killed.

The injured accused were identified as Ranjan Pathak, Bimlesh Mahto alias Bimlesh Sahni, Manish Pathak, and Aman Thakur. These four accused were wanted in several cases of murder and robbery in Bihar. Police stated that these accused were also involved in the murders of district chiefs of the Brahmashri Sena.

Delhi Police's Strict Action Against Criminals

Delhi Police has claimed to ensure public safety by taking continuous strict action against criminals. Officials stated that such operations will continue, and criminals will not be spared under any circumstances.

The encounters make it clear that Delhi Police is vigilant in maintaining law and order in the city and is taking stringent measures to teach criminals a lesson.
