Himachal Accident: Two separate road accidents in Himachal Pradesh's Kullu and Hamirpur districts have shaken the state. Four people died when a car plunged into a deep gorge near the Rohtang Pass, while a youth lost his life in a bike accident in Hamirpur. A young girl was rescued from the accidents in injured condition. The police have initiated investigations.
Dangerous Road Accident in Kullu District
A car met with an accident in the Rahani Nala area near the Rohtang Pass, a famous tourist destination in Himachal Pradesh. The accident occurred when the car skidded off the road and fell into a gorge approximately 200 feet deep. Four people in the car died in the accident, while another was seriously injured.
Five People Were in the Car
According to the police, there were a total of five people in the vehicle. Locals and the police immediately started rescue operations after the accident. The injured person was admitted to a nearby hospital. Upon receiving the information about the accident, police and rescue teams from Manali reached the spot.

According to local authorities, the main reason for the incident is believed to be speeding and slippery roads. Bike Accident in Hamirpur District, Girl's Life Saved
The second major accident occurred in the Ansala village of the Sujanpur area of Hamirpur district in Himachal Pradesh. Here, a youth was traveling on his bike with his friend's two-year-old daughter. Due to the steep climb and slippery conditions on the mountain road, the bike lost control and fell into a gorge approximately 150 feet deep.
Youth Died on the Spot
The youth, Mansukh Kumar, who was riding the bike, died on the spot in the accident. The two-year-old girl, who was sitting with him on the bike, was pulled out of the gorge in an injured condition. The girl has been admitted to the Hamirpur District Hospital for treatment.
Friend and Relatives Started the Search
Kanchun Kumar, the friend of the bike rider, who was walking a short distance away, started searching with the help of villagers when Mansukh and the girl did not arrive for a long time. A search operation was conducted with the help of police and home guards late at night. Both were pulled out of the gorge on Saturday morning.
