Pakistani cricketer Imam-ul-Haq, an opening batsman, is currently displaying excellent form with the bat in England's One-Day Cup. He is playing for Yorkshire and has already scored three centuries in five matches.

Imam, who is currently out of the international team, was not initially included in the Yorkshire squad. However, after Chennai Super Kings captain Ruturaj Gaikwad withdrew from the tournament due to personal reasons, Imam was given an opportunity. Since then, he has taken full advantage of the opportunity and performed brilliantly.
Imam has scored three centuries in 5 matches so far. Against Northamptonshire, he smashed a blistering 159 runs off just 130 balls, including 20 fours and 2 sixes. He also played a शानदार innings of 117 runs against Lancashire. Against Middlesex, despite a small target, Imam remained unbeaten on 54, leading the team to an easy victory.
Imam's Bat Resounds in England
Imam-ul-Haq has impressed everyone with his batting while playing for Yorkshire. He has played explosive innings against teams like Northamptonshire, Lancashire and Sussex. Against Northamptonshire, he played a magnificent innings of 159 runs off 130 balls. During this innings, he hit 20 fours and 2 sixes.
Against Lancashire, he played an innings of 117 runs and gave his team a b start. Against Middlesex, despite the small target, Imam scored an unbeaten 54 and easily guided Yorkshire to victory. His performance against Durham was lackluster, and he was dismissed for just 22 runs.
Against Sussex, Imam once again struck a century, scoring 106 runs off 105 balls. In this innings, he hit 10 fours and 3 sixes and led the team to victory. In his very first match for Yorkshire, he scored 55 runs, which was an indication that he was here to stay.
Out of the Pakistan Team But Still in Form
Imam-ul-Haq has been out of the Pakistan ODI team for some time now. He has played 75 ODIs for Pakistan so far, in which he has scored 3152 runs at an average of 47. He has 9 centuries and 20 half-centuries to his name. However, his performance in the last 10 ODI matches has not been particularly impressive. During this period, he only scored one fifty, which is why he was dropped from the team. He was also not selected for the recent Champions Trophy squad.
Interestingly, Imam's first opportunity in the Pakistan team also came due to an injury to a player. He got the opportunity to play against India when Fakhar Zaman was injured, although he only managed to score 10 runs in that match.
