The allotment of Jio Platforms Limited’s ₹30,213 crore initial public offering (IPO), linked to Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries, is expected to be finalised on Monday, October 26, 2026. Investors who applied for the issue will be able to check whether shares have been allotted to them or whether the funds blocked during the application process will be released.

Once the allotment status is available, investors can check the details using their Permanent Account Number (PAN) through the websites of KFin Technologies, BSE and NSE.

The Jio Platforms IPO opened on October 21 and closed on October 23. By the end of the three-day subscription period, the issue had received bids equivalent to 22.19 times the shares on offer.

The portion reserved for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 70.55 times, while the non-institutional investor category was subscribed 14 times. The retail investor portion received subscriptions of 2.72 times.

The IPO had a price band of ₹1,065 to ₹1,119 per share. Each lot comprised 12 shares, requiring an investment of ₹13,428 per lot at the upper end of the price band.

Investors who applied for shares in the Jio Platforms IPO can check their allotment status through the KFin Technologies website. They need to visit the official website, navigate to the IPO section and select Jio Platforms Limited from the list of companies.

Investors can then enter their PAN, application number or demat account details to check whether shares have been allotted.

Once the allotment information is published, the website will display the allotment status and the number of shares allocated to an applicant. If Jio Platforms Limited does not appear in the list, the information may not yet have been updated. Investors can check again later.

Investors can also check the Jio Platforms IPO allotment status through the BSE and NSE websites, in addition to KFin Technologies.

On the BSE website, investors need to visit the IPO allotment section and select the Equity option. They can then choose Jio Platforms Limited and enter their PAN or application number to view the allotment status, provided the details entered are correct.

If the Jio Platforms IPO allotment is completed as scheduled on October 26, funds blocked for applicants who do not receive shares are expected to start being unblocked from October 27.

Applications submitted through the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) facility or UPI generally involve funds being blocked in the applicant’s bank account. If shares are not allotted, the block on the corresponding amount is lifted.

A separate refund transfer is therefore not necessarily required in every case. Investors whose funds are not unblocked within the scheduled timeframe can contact their bank or broker.

Shares allotted to successful applicants are scheduled to be credited to their demat accounts on October 27. Jio Platforms shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on Wednesday, October 28.

According to the stated schedule, regular trading may begin at 10 am. Investors will also be able to check information related to share credits and listing through their broker’s application.
