Kolaras (Shivpuri), Jhansi: Around 11 PM on Tuesday night, a suspicious person was seen chanting mantras and performing Tantric rituals by the roadside in Ward No. 3 (Jail Road Nursery area) of Kolaras town. Local residents informed the police about the incident.
Residents stated that the individual was performing some unclear activities with “strange items” and symbols. As soon as a crowd gathered, the accused fled the scene. Police took swift action, inspected the spot, and began searching nearby CCTV footage. However, no concrete identification of the accused has been made yet.
Local residents believe that this might be the same person who has previously been accused of Tantric activities. They have demanded an increase in night patrols in the area and strict action against suspicious individuals.
The Kolaras Police Station In-charge confirmed that a complaint has been registered and a search is underway for the accused's arrest.
