In the video, Constable Khushiram Choudhary and a person named Kasim, who is an accused in a case registered under the NDPS Act, are seen sitting together and drinking alcohol at a local beer bar. In the video, both are sitting at the same table and can be seen openly conversing with each other. According to sources, this meeting was not just a casual acquaintance, but there is a b apprehension of some deep collusion.
Accused Kasim Already Has Several Serious Cases Registered
Kasim, who is seen in the video, is no ordinary person, but a cunning criminal. A case related to ganja smuggling is registered against him under the NDPS Act. Apart from this, a case of possession of illegal weapons is also already registered at Nayapura police station. The closeness of a policeman with such a person is not only morally wrong, but also a serious violation of legal and departmental rules.
