On X (formerly Twitter), he wrote that rescue workers in Kyiv were already clearing debris from residential buildings. The President reported that at least 8 people were killed, including a child. He expressed condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed and said that this attack is a major crisis for the city and its communities.
