Lalit Upadhyay was a member of the Indian hockey team at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 and the Paris Olympics 2024. Making his international hockey debut in 2014 through the World Cup, Lalit Upadhyay played 183 international matches for India and scored 67 goals.
