Mains Exam Pattern 2025
Candidates who succeeded in the preliminary examination will now take part in the main examination. The Mains exam will have two types of questions.
- First, there will be multiple-choice (Objective) questions for 150 marks.
- Additionally, a descriptive (Descriptive) examination will be conducted for 150 marks.
Both examinations will be held in a single session, and candidates will be given a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes. According to this exam pattern, candidates will have to solve both types of questions. This examination is designed to assess the candidate's abilities and analytical skills for the AAO post.
Total Posts and Distribution for Recruitment
Through this recruitment, a total of 841 positions will be filled. Of these, 350 posts are reserved for AAO Generalist, 410 posts for AAO Specialist, and 81 posts for Assistant Engineer (AE). This recruitment will provide employment opportunities to eligible candidates across the state and the country.
