During questioning, Mr. Gupta claimed to be merely a business associate and stated he had no knowledge of the incident. When questioned about the responsibility for the deaths of 25 people, he remained silent. He also declined to provide information regarding the NOC (No Objection Certificate) and other details related to the club. Furthermore, he did not respond to inquiries about his hospitalization a day prior.
The Hospitalization Case

Luethra Brothers’ Strategy
The Luethra Brothers’ anticipatory bail plea is considered part of their defense strategy in this case.
