At the election forum, Manoj Tiwari stated that he has always been committed to Bihar and that his priority is the development and welfare of its people. He said, ''We are in the role of a squirrel; we are sons of Bihar. For us, Bihar comes first.'' He also clarified that who would be the Chief Minister for the Bihar Assembly Elections would be decided after the NDA secures a majority.

When Manoj Tiwari was asked whom Chhathi Maiya (Goddess of Chhath) would bless this time, he replied, ''Chhathi Maiya is with those who have faith in Sanatan Dharma.'' He further added that by becoming an MP in Delhi, he has enhanced Bihar's pride, and this time, Chhath Puja will be celebrated with grandeur in Delhi too. This statement also highlights the religious and cultural connection in the electoral atmosphere.
Manoj Tiwari also spoke about entering politics and making sacrifices. He mentioned that he previously earned 2 crore rupees per month, but now, after becoming an MP, his income is 40-50 lakh rupees per month. He presented this as a sacrifice made in his political career.
Discussion on Development in Bihar
Manoj Tiwari stated that development is the main issue for the elections in Bihar. He said, ''For the NDA, development is the biggest issue. The winds of development should blow across Bihar.'' He mentioned the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Prime Minister's Housing Scheme), stating that 60 lakh people in Bihar have received housing under it.
He also highlighted the difference in economic investment between the UPA and NDA governments. He stated that the UPA government provided 2 lakh crore rupees to Bihar in 10 years, while the Modi government provided 14 lakh crore rupees to Bihar in 10 years.
