A mega job camp will be held in Darbhanga on 21 February to connect youth with employment, where a private sector company will recruit for 50 posts of packer and quality inspection. Candidates aged 18 to 35 years can attend directly and appear for interviews.

The camp will be organised under the supervision of the District Employment Office. According to officials, the selection process will be direct and transparent. Applicants must complete registration before company representatives conduct interviews. Candidates found eligible will receive information about further appointment procedures on site.

For packer posts, preference will be given to applicants who are physically fit and able to work in a team. Selected candidates will handle product packing, labelling, and dispatch tasks. For quality inspection posts, candidates must have basic knowledge of quality checking and be able to monitor standards during the production process.

Officials stated that educational qualifications have been निर्धारित according to posts. Generally, candidates with at least Intermediate or equivalent qualifications may apply, though final decisions will depend on company standards. Applicants with technical or industrial experience may receive preference.

The age limit is 18 to 35 years. Applicants must bring an updated biodata, photocopies of educational certificates, Aadhaar card or other identification proof, and passport-size photographs. Experience certificates, if available, should also be brought.

Officials said the purpose of the employment camp is to provide job opportunities to local youth within the district. The administration has appealed that eligible candidates arrive early to complete registration to avoid crowding. Selected candidates may be offered salary and other facilities, details of which will be provided during interviews. The company may also arrange training so newly selected employees can prepare according to job requirements.
