He contrasted this with past conflicts that lasted for days. The meeting also reviewed the government's achievements over the past 11 years, discussed reports from various ministries, and outlined new priorities.

Cabinet Meeting Demonstrates Modi Government's Confidence

A crucial meeting of the Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, took place on June 4th, commemorating the first anniversary of Modi government 3.0. The meeting extensively discussed the government's achievements over the past 11 years and outlined future strategies.

'Operation Sindur' Decision Made in 22 Minutes

Prime Minister Modi specifically mentioned "Operation Sindur," stating, "Previously, battles lasted for days, but now India is capable of making decisions in just 22 minutes."

This statement refers to Operation Sindur, a retaliatory operation against terrorist bases in Pakistan. In response to a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian Army destroyed nine terrorist bases in Pakistan.

India's Strength Displayed to the World

The Prime Minister emphasized that Operation Sindur showcased India's military capabilities and political resolve to the world. He cautioned cabinet ministers, stating, "The world's eyes are on India; therefore, completing every plan and project with high quality is essential."

Ministries Instructed to Focus on Goal-Oriented Work

The Prime Minister instructed ministries to focus on achieving their targets without wasting time on comparisons. He directed all ministries to engage with the public and share the government's achievements of the past 11 years.

Emphasis on Health and Nutrition

The Health Ministry presented on the rising obesity problem and plans to reduce the consumption of cooking oils by 10%, part of the government's Healthy India mission promoting balanced nutrition.

NITI Aayog presented a report on the progress of the Aspirational District Programme, focusing on improving education, health, employment, and infrastructure in backward districts. The meeting also announced the imminent relocation of all central ministries to the new secretariat buildings in Central Vista, aiming for greater administrative efficiency through centralized operations.
