Remembering Mulayam Singh Yadav's contributions, Akhilesh Yadav stated that his father always strived to uplift the weaker sections of society and hardworking people. He said that Mulayam Singh Yadav provided opportunities in politics based on people's merit and struggle, and helped many young leaders emerge. Akhilesh also mentioned on this occasion that his father always strengthened democracy and the sovereignty of the party.
Ramgopal Yadav's Remembrances
SP's senior leader and National General Secretary, Prof. Ramgopal Yadav, recalled Mulayam Singh Yadav's political life and struggles. He stated that Mulayam Singh Yadav provided opportunities by making MPs out of those who didn't know the way to Delhi, and gave a chance to advance as MLAs to those who were unfamiliar with Lucknow. Ramgopal Yadav mentioned that Mulayam Singh Yadav achieved everything through his personal struggle and hard work.
