Pandit Dhirendra Shastri Honored in UK Parliament for Service, Humanity, and Cultural Contributions. During the ceremony, he also invited Londoners to visit Bageshwar Dham.

Bageshwar Baba Dhirendra Shastri: Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, the head priest of Bageshwar Dham and a renowned storyteller, has been bestowed with a special honor at the prestigious House of Commons in London. This honor was presented to him for his contributions in the fields of humanity, service, global love, peace, and cultural harmony. The occasion was graced by the presence of several UK Members of Parliament and dignitaries, including MP Seema Malhotra, Mayor of Harrow City Anjana Patel, MP Bob Blackman, and Baroness Verma, a member of the House of Lords.

Appreciation for Works of Service and Humanity

During the honor ceremony, special appreciation was given to the social works being carried out by Pandit Dhirendra Shastri in India. These include organizing marriage ceremonies for poor girls, providing Annapurna Seva (food service) to thousands of people every day, and building a cancer hospital for needy patients. Considering these works as true service to humanity, the British Parliament congratulated him.

Indian Culture Described as a Source of Inspiration

During his address at the ceremony, Pandit Dhirendra Shastri said that the inspiration for all his works comes from India's great cultural tradition and scriptures. He stated that Indian culture gives the message of "Nar Seva Hi Narayan Seva" (Service to humanity is service to God), and this idea is at the core of each of his actions.

Invitation to Londoners to Visit Bageshwar Dham

On this special occasion, Shastriji also extended an invitation to Londoners and foreign guests to visit India and undertake a spiritual journey to Bageshwar Dham. He said that the peace and balance that today's world is searching for is hidden in India's ancient culture.
