The previously fixed release date of July 25 for 'Param Sundari' has now been changed. Ajay Devgn's action film 'Son of Sardar 2' was also scheduled to release on the same day, which would have resulted in a box office clash. Additionally, due to the scheduled release of several other major films in July, the producers decided to postpone the release of 'Param Sundari'.
Another reason being cited is that Tiger Shroff and Sanjay Dutt's action film 'Baaghi 4' is releasing on September 5, and to ensure 'Param Sundari' gets sufficient time and screen space before that, it will now be released on August 29.

Maddock Films announced the film's new release date by releasing a new motion poster on social media. The post read, "The biggest love story of the year... is coming to touch your hearts, from August 29th." Along with this poster, the film's first song, 'Pardesiya,' has also been launched, which is becoming quite popular among fans.
