Police have launched an investigation into allegations that a man's body was buried beneath the bathroom floor of a house following his alleged murder. According to preliminary information, the case came to light about 45 days after the incident when police received information and recovered the body after breaking the bathroom floor during a search of the house.

Investigating officers said the body had allegedly been buried in a pit dug inside the bathroom and covered by constructing a new floor over it. After recovery, the body was sent for post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause and time of death.
