Prashant Kishor accuses BJP President Dilip Jaiswal of capturing Mata Gujri Medical College in Kishanganj and favoring politicians. The founding family has demanded a CBI investigation.
Patna. In a move that has created a stir in Bihar politics, Jan Suraaj Party leader Prashant Kishor has leveled serious allegations against BJP state president Dr. Dilip Jaiswal. He claimed that Jaiswal fraudulently took control of the Mata Gujri Medical College in Kishanganj and has been running it for personal gain for years.
Allegations of seizing the medical college
Prashant Kishor said in a press conference that Dilip Jaiswal seized the Mata Gujri Medical College from the minority community and took it under his control. He said that the relatives of the founder, Mauleshwar Singh, were ousted from the trust, and Jaiswal himself became the managing trustee.
Relatives of politicians benefited
Kishor alleges that Dilip Jaiswal got more than 50 relatives of politicians admitted to the college through the management quota. The names of two brothers-in-law of Lalu Yadav and relatives of Radha Mohan Singh are also included. In return, Jaiswal received political support.
Demand for CBI and ED investigation
The family of Sardar Mauleshwar Singh, the founder of the college, also participated in the press conference. His son, Gurdyal Singh, daughter Amrit Kaur, Gurmeet Kaur, and Gurinder Pal, demanded a CBI and ED investigation into the entire matter.
Jan Suraaj Party Vice President Y.V. Giri said that they have sufficient evidence and will soon approach the court. He said that this is not just a story of seizing an institution but an example of corruption in the entire system.
The process has been ongoing for 25 years
Prashant Kishor stated that this seizure has been going on for about 25 years. Dilip Jaiswal was initially an employee in this college. He then became a clerk and gradually took control of the entire trust. He also included his son and daughter-in-law in the trust.
