Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2025: Aspiring candidates for the D.El.Ed (BSTC) course in Rajasthan have received important news. Following the release of the Pre D.El.Ed Entrance Exam 2025 results conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, the counselling process has begun. Registration opened on June 15th and interested students can apply online until June 23rd, 2025.
How to Register for Counselling
To apply for Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed counselling, candidates must visit the official website predeledraj2025.in. Here, they can click on the registration link, fill in the necessary information, and complete the application form. A fee of ₹3000 must be paid online to complete the registration process.
Counselling Registration Fee
A fee of ₹3000 is mandatory for participating in the counselling. This amount will be adjusted against the admission fee later. If a candidate is not allotted a college, ₹2900 will be refunded after a deduction of ₹100.
First Phase Fee and Reporting
The first phase allotment list will be released on June 26th. Selected candidates must pay a fee of ₹13555 between June 26th and July 2nd, 2025. This payment can be made through options like e-Mitra, net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
College Reporting and Document Verification
Students who are allotted a college must report to the respective teacher training institution between June 27th and July 3rd. During this time, the institution will verify the students' documents. Afterwards, the candidate will receive a provisional admission slip on the online portal.

Fee Refund Policy
If a candidate registers but does not report to the institution, ₹2500 will be refunded after a deduction of ₹500 from the total fee. If a seat is not allotted, ₹2900 will be refunded after a deduction of ₹100.
College List and Option Filling
Candidates can fill college options based on the online list of teacher training institutions in Rajasthan. This process begins with registration and can be done until the last date. Students are advised to carefully review the list of available colleges before filling their options.
Final Admission Process
Students will receive their final admission slip only after completing document verification and fee payment. They must then report to the institution with this slip. If a student is unhappy with their allotted college, they can apply for upward movement. The results will be declared on July 7th.
