Online Form Filling Process
Those who have not yet filled out the form can do so online. Log in to the Special Intensive Revision–2026 section using your EPIC number and mobile/email. Fill in your state, EPIC number, and other details in the form.
Keep your Aadhaar card handy as OTP verification is done through it. After the form is submitted, you will receive an SIR 2026 Receiver Slip, which should be kept safe for future reference.
