Lover's Role in the Murder Conspiracy
Shillong Police have already claimed that Sonam, in collusion with her lover, Raj Kushwaha, conspired to murder her husband, Raja. The police believe this conspiracy was long-planned and involved multiple individuals.
Contract Killers Involved
The police investigation has also revealed that Sonam and her lover hired professional assassins, paying them to carry out the murder plan. Three of these individuals have been arrested from Uttar Pradesh, while another was apprehended in Madhya Pradesh. All are currently in police custody and undergoing interrogation.
Intensive Interrogation Planned for Sonam
The police are now preparing to conduct an intensive interrogation of Sonam. It is expected that after obtaining transit remand, she will be immediately taken to Meghalaya, where the local police will attempt to uncover the full plan and identify other individuals involved. This interrogation is likely to reveal further details.
Police Claims Yet to be Fully Verified
However, the claims made by the police are yet to be fully verified. Only after Sonam's arrest will the depth of the murder conspiracy and the individuals involved become entirely clear. Shillong Police hope that interrogating Sonam will reveal the complete picture of the case.

Currently, Sonam is in the custody of Uttar Pradesh Police. She was apprehended in Ghazipur on Monday, and since then, the Meghalaya Police have been working to secure her transfer. As soon as transit remand permission is granted, the team will leave for Shillong with Sonam.
