SSC has released the admit cards for the GD Constable PET and PST 2025. The examination will be held on August 20. Candidates can download their admit cards by visiting rect.crpf.gov.in.

SSC GD Physical Admit Card: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the admit cards for the next stage of the GD Constable Recruitment Exam 2025. Candidates who have cleared the written examination will now be able to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). This examination will be conducted on August 20, 2025.

For Whom are the Admit Cards Released?

This admit card has been issued only for those candidates who have successfully passed the SSC GD Constable written examination. Both PET and PST stages are related to the physical test. In PET, the physical ability of the candidates is tested, while in PST, their height, chest and other physical standards are measured.

As per the schedule determined by the SSC, the PET and PST will be organized on August 20, 2025.   • Click on the "Link for E-Admit Card" available on the home page.
  • A new page will open, containing the link to download the admit card.
  • After clicking on the link, enter the registration number and date of birth.
  • The admit card will appear on the screen, which can be downloaded and printed.

What will happen in PET and PST

PET (Physical Efficiency Test): In this, male candidates will have to run a prescribed distance, while a different distance is set for female candidates. This test is time-bound and tests endurance.

PST (Physical Standard Test): In this, the height, chest (for males) and weight of the candidates are checked. The standards set by SSC will apply for this.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Bring a valid photo identity card (Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter ID, etc.) along with the admit card.
  • Reach the examination venue well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Passing both PET and PST is mandatory, as it is part of the selection process.
