End of the Wait for B.Ed Counselling 2025
The results of the Uttar Pradesh B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination 2025 (UP B.Ed JEE 2025) were declared on June 16th. Thousands of candidates are now awaiting the commencement of the counselling process to gain admission to the B.Ed course. The counselling will be conducted by Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. According to reports, the university will soon release the complete counselling schedule in PDF format on its official website, bujhansi.ac.in.
Process to Begin Upon Schedule Release
As soon as the schedule is released, candidates will be able to participate in the registration and document upload process according to their rank. After registration, candidates will need to pay the counselling fee and the seat confirmation fee.
Essential Documents for Counselling
Certain essential documents are required to participate in the counselling. It is best to prepare these in advance to avoid any problems at the last moment. The list of required documents is as follows:
- UP B.Ed JEE 2025 Scorecard
- Counselling Call Letter or Rank Card
- High School, Intermediate, and Graduation Mark Sheets and Certificates
- Character Certificate (issued by school or college)
- Domicile Certificate
- Passport-size Photographs
- Any valid Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, etc.)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Counselling Fees and Seat Confirmation
Students will need to pay ₹750 for registration. In addition, a fee of ₹5,000 will be required for seat acceptance. If a seat is allotted, the candidate must visit the respective institute to complete the document verification and the remaining admission process.
Counselling will be Conducted in Three Phases Based on Rank
The UP B.Ed Counselling 2025 process will be completed in three phases:
Phase 1: Candidates with ranks from 1 to 75,000 will participate in this phase. They will be allotted counselling time according to their rank.
Phase 2: This phase is for candidates with ranks from 75,001 to all remaining candidates. This includes students who could not participate in the first phase.
Round 2 (Pool Counselling): Pool counselling will be conducted in this phase to fill the remaining seats. Eligible students can apply and get admission.
Round 3 (Direct Admission): If some seats still remain vacant, the direct admission process will begin at the college level.
