UP News: There's great news for teachers in Uttar Pradesh who have excelled in the field of education. This Teacher's Day, the state government will honor teachers who have set an example in the education system through their work. The aim of this honor is to encourage teachers and appreciate their contribution towards further improving the standard of education. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself will present the awards to these teachers in this program.
15 Teachers and Principals to be Honored
According to the education department, 15 teachers and principals selected from the secondary education department will be honored this time. Among these, three will be awarded the Chief Minister's Teacher Award and 12 will be awarded the State Teacher Award. Notably, this program will be held on Teacher's Day, i.e., September 5, at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow, where CM Yogi Adityanath himself will present the awards. Meanwhile, the list of teachers from the basic education department will also be released soon.
Teachers Receiving the Chief Minister's Teacher Award
This time, three teachers will be given the Chief Minister's Teacher Award. These teachers have been selected based on their excellent teaching methods, engagement with students, and efforts made to improve education. The selected teachers include:
- Ram Prakash Gupta: Principal, Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College, Hamirpur.
- Komal Tyagi: Commerce Teacher, Maharishi Dayanand Vidyapeeth, Ghaziabad.
- Chhaya Khare: Science Teacher, Arya Mahila Inter College, Varanasi.
These teachers believe that education is not limited to books but is related to the all-round development of students. This is the reason why they have been chosen for the Chief Minister's Award, considering their contributions.
12 Teachers Selected for the State Teacher Award
Apart from the Chief Minister's Teacher Award, 12 teachers will be honored with the State Teacher Award this time. These teachers come from different districts and have created a distinct identity in the field of education. The list is as follows:
